Ming Chieh Yang

Ming Chieh Yang has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having worked for companies such as SOITEC, STATS ChipPAC, and Lumileds in various engineering roles. They started their career as a Senior Associate Engineer at Systems in Silicon Manufacturing Company and progressed to become a Process and Equipment Engineer, later assuming positions of increased responsibility, including Chief Engineer and Strategic Equipment Manager. Ming Chieh holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland.
