Miloš Poštek is an experienced HR Business Partner at Soitron, where they have contributed to talent management since 2015. With a Master's degree in Psychology from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Miloš began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Google and later worked at CPL Jobs s.r.o. from 2010 to 2013, managing the entire recruiting life-cycle. They also operated as a Recruitment Consultant at Lugera & Makler in 2007 and volunteered with the House of Family in Cambodia in 2009. Currently, Miloš is the owner of Balanced Consulting, s.r.o., specializing in psychology, psychotherapy, career counseling, and headhunting.
