Sojourn Talent is a New York–based platform focused on strengthening career continuity within global mobility.

International relocation often disrupts the careers of accompanying partners — many of whom bring significant professional experience across law, policy, finance, technology, academia, and international institutions. Despite the scale of global assignments, structured responses to dual-career workforce dynamics remain limited.

Sojourn Talent works at the intersection of professional community, employer engagement, and workforce strategy. Its programming combines curated peer exchange, structured career continuity support, and emerging employer-facing initiatives designed to unlock globally experienced talent.

The initiative is grounded in senior-level experience in international policy and institutional systems, informed by firsthand navigation of global postings.
