Aki Okkonen is currently the Head of the Shared Service Center at SOK Palveluässä, a role held since 2022 following several progressive positions within SOK, including Team Lead and various managerial roles. Prior to this, Aki worked as a Rahankäsittelijä at G4S from 2010 to 2012. Aki is pursuing a Master's degree in Economics at the University of Eastern Finland.
