Hans Backström

Hans Backström is a seasoned professional in sales and business development with extensive experience in the grocery and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at SOK since May 2015, Hans has been responsible for sales and concepts within the grocery business, along with prior roles in category management and sourcing. With a background that includes directing non-food consumer goods sourcing and leading various development initiatives at SOK, Hans has a solid track record in driving business growth. Previous experience includes roles at Fazer, Nitro FX, and Ketjuetu Oy Tradeka&Elanto, where responsibilities ranged from system development to business project management. Hans holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University and a Master of Science in Marketing from Helsinki School of Economics.
