Jangbae Lee is a Senior Designer at SOK, specializing in UX/UI design for the online grocery service S-kaupat since January 2020. Responsibilities include designing the store and online order management system, as well as creating tools for order fulfilment and storage processes. Previously, Jangbae served as a Designer for S-kaupat, focusing on service design activities, customer research, and establishing feedback loops.
