Katri Vaarala

Katri Vaarala is a Senior Service Designer at SOK, where they focus on optimizing grocery shopping journeys in food e-commerce. Previously, Katri worked as a User Experience Designer at Capgemini and Etteplan MORE, where they specialized in user-centric design, usability testing, and user interface design. They also have experience as a Programming Teacher at the Summer University of Tampere and served as Project Manager for the Yrityspäivät job fair, Finland’s largest networking event for university students. Katri holds a Master's degree in Human Technology Interaction from Tampere University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tampere.
