Jesse Lee is the Web Technology Manager at Sokal. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Traffic Signal Technician for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government from April 2014 to February 2017. In this role, they troubleshot, diagnosed, and repaired communication failures between the Central PC, Circuit Hub Switches, Edge Switches, and PLCs on a fiber network. Jesse also upgraded, installed, and configured PLCs and other network connected devices, including adjustments to IP scheme. In addition, they installed and configured system related software used to configure network connected devices. Jesse also created and implemented work order system for crew use and reporting to management of work order status. Furthermore, they created and implemented an inventory and status system for ADA configured Audible Pedestrian Signals.

From February 2017 to December 2017, Jesse Lee worked as the IT Manager at King Canopy. In this role, they were responsible for forecasting software innovation, including the project of inventory status and purchasing. Jesse also managed the deployment of workstations, computer monitoring, onsite hardware, etc. In addition, they worked with line managers and other stakeholders to meet information efficiency objectives. Furthermore, they managed the budget and financials of the department, tracking all purchases and the lifespan of those purchases via asset management best-practices. Finally, they maintained and developed relationships with vendors in regards to IT needs and services.

They work with Riley Woodell - SEO Coordinator, Carson Bland - Development Manager, and Bryan Valencia - Web Build Coordinator. Their manager is Jason Jones, CTO.
