Simon McLean

Simon McLean is an experienced and accomplished sales and marketing executive with a focus on team building, business growth, and change management. They have held leadership positions across civilian and military roles in diverse international settings and are a citizen of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Currently, Simon serves as a Board Member and Chair for Scouting America, as well as a Business Advisor for Semergytech. Previously, they held various high-level roles at companies including Honeywell, TTI Incorporated, and NXP Semiconductors, demonstrating expertise in global strategy and business development. Simon is bilingual in French and English and has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University.
