Stephanie Simons

Stephanie Simons is a driven engineering professional and project manager with over a decade of experience in the energy sector. They have specialized in developing energy storage projects, notably leading Bermuda's first utility-scale battery energy storage project from inception to commissioning. Stephanie previously held roles as a Mechanical Engineer and Engineering Manager at Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited, where they oversaw capital improvement projects and engineering teams. They are currently the Co-Founder at oculus and serve as president of the Bermuda Association of Professional Engineers, promoting youth interest in engineering. Stephanie earned a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University and holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Glasgow.
