Derek served as the Executive Director of Urban Solar Alliance and Renewal Foundation, Inc., focusing on developing solar energy in under-served inner-cities across the United States. Derek has also served as Solar Development Director in DSM Solar USA. Additionally, they have a successful track record in operational management as the Director of Operations in DS Solar Barbados LTD and Operations Manager in DSun Solar Energy-LA.
