Jonathan Worthley

Jonathan Worthley has over 10 years of experience in project finance, due diligence, project management, and derivatives trading. They currently serve as the Director of New Market Initiatives at Sol Source Power, where they negotiate agreements for solar and energy storage assets. Previously, Worthley held significant roles at New Leaf Energy, Borrego Solar Systems, and Sustainable Capital Finance, focusing on project finance and operations in the solar industry. They earned a Bachelor of Finance and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (1st Class Honours) from the University of Adelaide after completing high school at St Peter's College in Adelaide, Australia. Worthley has worked in banking and offshore construction across Hong Kong and Singapore before relocating to the USA, where they hold permanent residency and work authorization.
