Colin Thomas, CHMM, is a Pre-Construction Manager at Sol Systems since February 2023. Prior to that, Colin worked at HEPACO, LLC from January 2015 to February 2023 as a Proposal Development Manager and Project Manager. From July 2012 to December 2014, Colin was an Environmental Consultant at Froehling & Robertson, Inc.
