Nathan Amer

Nathan Amer, CPA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Associate Director at Sol Systems since February 2019, with prior roles as Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant. From October 2011 to January 2019, Nathan held the position of Senior Vice President at AlixPartners, providing expertise in legal counsel support for internal investigations, risk management, compliance, and financial damages analysis. Previous experience includes a Senior role at Ernst & Young, where Nathan conducted audits for a Government Aerospace company and performed due diligence for a significant divestment, as well as working as a Staff consultant at UHY Advisors on forensic litigation valuation services. Nathan holds both a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the American University - Kogod School of Business, along with studies at Freie Universität Berlin in 2005.
