Len Winkler

Len Winkler is currently the Project Head for Electrical at Sol-Tech, a position held since 2021. Previously, Len served as Risk Superintendent and Electrical Superintendent at Nampak Bevcan Rosslyn, where responsibilities included implementing safety systems and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Len began their career as a Senior Millwright at East Balt and has developed expertise in electrotechnical engineering through diverse roles and education, including a National Diploma in Safety Management and various certifications in safety and systems management.
