SOL Theory is the Etsy of Self Development

SOL Theory is an online community of creators in the self-development space where they can collaborate and share their products, services, and technologies.

We promote products that elevate HOPE:
Human Optimization of Personal Experience.

All SOL Theory products must include three elements: they must follow a method, be collaborative, and have a high SPF rating (Simple, Practical and Fun).
