Valdrin Lluka

Valdrin Lluka's work experience begins with their role as Chief Growth Officer at hellocare.ai and Solaborate, where they oversee the development and implementation of the hellocare platform, a telehealth and virtual healthcare delivery platform. Valdrin joined in 2020 and is currently in this position.

Prior to that, Valdrin served as Minister at the Government of Kosovo, Ministry of Economic Development from September 2017 to February 2020, where they played a significant role in economic development.

From 2011 to 2015, Valdrin worked as the General Director at Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA), where they were responsible for promoting and protecting foreign and local investments and developing enterprises in Kosovo.

Valdrin's experience also includes their time as a Business Development Consultant at RevEurope Payments Ltd from 2010 to 2012, where they managed daily operations and implemented marketing and sales strategies related to Visa Prepaid Card.

From 2009 to 2010, Valdrin served as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Z mobile, where they managed the sales and marketing department and implemented effective distribution channels and marketing strategies.

Before that, Valdrin was the Managing Partner at Dardanica Group from 2006 to 2009, where they managed daily operations and offered consulting services to new and existing companies.

Valdrin also gained experience as a Consultant at Carlson Consulting Enterprise from 2008 to 2009, where they conducted assessments and created models for sales force compensation and dealership network strategy.

Valdrin started their career as a Monitoring Officer at the Privatization Agency of Kosovo from 2006 to 2007, where they collected financial and operations information from privatized companies.

Valdrin also worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte and Touche from 2005 to 2006, where they supported the incorporation and verification of assets of publicly owned enterprises.

Valdrin Lluka completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics at the American University in Bulgaria, attending from 2002 to 2005. After that, they pursued an MBA in Strategic Management at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they obtained the certification of Certified Management Consultant from The International Council of Management Consulting Institutes.
