Ericka Moore

Ericka Moore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ericka started their career at Major Medical in 2002 as a Marketing Coordinator, and later became the Director of Marketing from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined SOLABS as the Director of Marketing, responsible for global marketing strategy and client/partner relations. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Director of Sales, collaborating with the CEO to establish realistic sales goals and managing the sales team to maximize revenues. Currently, Ericka serves as the Head of Client Success at SOLABS.

Ericka Moore holds a Bachelor's Degree in Administration from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, which they completed between 2004 and 2008. In 2022, they obtained a Customer Success Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from Portland State University. From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Certificate in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. In 2014, Ericka completed a program in Professional Sales Management at CPSA. Furthermore, they obtained a DEC Cinema degree from Cegep Saint-Laurent in 2005.
