Steve Guest

Steve Guest is currently the Director of Executive Recruitment & Assessment at Solace, specializing in the search and selection of senior leadership roles in the public sector. With a career in executive recruitment and assessment that began in 2007, Steve has developed expertise in bespoke assessment center design, stakeholder management, and various aspects of policy and strategy development. Prior to their role at Solace, Steve served as Head of Executive Recruitment & Assessment at Solace in Business Ltd and worked as a consultant and headhunter at Veredus. They also held positions in public sector roles, including as a Service Support Officer at Basildon District Council and a Team Manager for the Technical Helpdesk at Thus. Steve earned an LLB in Law from London Metropolitan University.
