David Ng has extensive experience in software engineering and technical support, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist and Senior Software Engineer at Solace since November 2012, David has contributed to the implementation of the SEMPv2 interface and the Virtual Messaging Router user interface. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Software Designer at Ericsson, where leadership in technical support and training for Media Gateway software was provided from March 2009 to November 2012.
