Derrick Hodges

Derrick Hodges is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in solution engineering and sales across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Solution Engineering for Australia and New Zealand at Solace since September 2017, Derrick has previously held positions at Oracle as Principal Sales Consultant for Data Integration Solutions, and at Progress Software as Senior Solution Consultant, where the focus was on developing real-time analytics and decision solutions. Derrick's career also includes roles at IBM Global Services as Managing Consultant, and at Compaq Computer Ltd as a CRM Specialist. Earlier experience includes positions as an ERP Analyst/Programmer at CSC, Software Engineer at GEC Marconi, and Technician in the British Army. Derrick holds a BSc in Communications and Video Imaging from The University of Salford.
