Karl Wee

Karl Wee has extensive experience in sales leadership within the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Director for ASEAN at Solace since May 2015. Prior to this role, Karl held various positions at IBM Singapore Pte Ltd from 2008 to 2015, including Sales Leader for Business Solutions and Country Manager for different software divisions, driving strategic planning and execution of software portfolios. Previous experience includes senior sales roles at BEA Systems, Sun Microsystems, and Finesse Alliance, among others, showcasing a strong background in financial services and technology sales. Karl holds a Master of Science in Information Studies from Nanyang Technological University and a Computer Science degree from the National University of Singapore, complemented by advanced sales leadership training from Boston University.
