Reza Ataei

Reza Ataei, PhD, currently serves as the Software QA Manager at Solace, leading the System Test and Cloud Integration Team with a focus on testing core products in cloud environments, particularly in high availability scenarios. Previously, Reza held the position of Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Nokia, where team leadership involved automation and testing for IPSec features. Reza's academic background includes a PhD in Systems and Computer Engineering from Carleton University, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology. Additional experience includes roles as a Research and Teaching Assistant, Globalink Mentor, and System Designer, contributing to multiple telecommunications projects and mentoring initiatives. Reza also has experience as a sessional instructor in Information Security courses.
