Sean O'Grady

Sean O'Grady has extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Solace Inc since June 2007. In this role, Sean oversees product testing and the QA decision-making process for all product releases, focusing on improving the automated test infrastructure. Previous positions at Solace include Manager of QA Sustaining, responsible for maintaining quality and performance consistency across releases, and Senior QA Engineer at Nortel, where Sean worked on Wimax and MPE stability projects. Sean holds a degree from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1990 and 1995.
