Ana Škrlec

Ana Škrlec is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in index management, private equity, and risk management. Currently serving as an Associate in Index Management and Development at Deutsche Börse, Ana oversees the regular rebalancing of benchmark and customized indices and ensures the accuracy of daily index calculations. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at J&T BANKA, where Ana managed private equity deals and financing projects, and M&A Consultant at PwC Croatia, focusing on buy-side transactions across diverse sectors. Additionally, Ana has academic experience as an external lecturer in Mathematics at the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb and worked as a Student Research Assistant specializing in quantitative methods. Ana holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Zagreb, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
