Frank Hartman

Frank Hartman currently serves as Vice President of Equity Index Structuring at Solactive AG since November 2025, following a role as Supervision Officer for Capital Markets at Autoriteit Financiële Markten, where compliance with EU BMR for benchmark providers was overseen. Hartman has extensive experience in equity index development and quantitative solutions, having developed over 80 equity indices at Solactive AG from July 2017 to September 2022. Previously, Frank co-owned an e-commerce business, focusing on consumer electronics, and interned as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Gilde Healthcare. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of Groningen.
