Lionel Krupka

Lionel Krupka has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on index management and structured products. Lionel began their career at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) in 2014, working as a Sales & Trading Analyst in Interest Rates Derivatives. In 2015, they joined BNP Paribas Personal Finance as an Analyst in Credit and Mortgage Lending. Lionel returned to SGCIB in 2017, this time as a Sales & Trading Analyst in Cross Asset Structured Products. In 2018, Lionel joined Solactive AG as an Analyst in QIS Index Management, and steadily advanced to become a Senior Associate, and finally Vice President in 2022. At Solactive, they were responsible for developing and calculating highly customized and sophisticated QIS indices, covering various asset classes.

Lionel Krupka holds a Master's degree in International Organizations Management from CEFAM Centre d'Études Franco-Américain de Management, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Siena College. In 2011, they completed their secondary education at Lycée Juliette Récamier, where they obtained a Baccalauréat in Life and Earth Sciences. Additionally, in December 2020, they obtained a Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
