Richard Maile

Richard Maile has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Richard currently works as the Managing Director - Head of Synthetic Equity at Solactive AG since May 2023. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at J.P. Morgan, where they held various roles. Richard served as the Executive Director, Head of Structured Delta One Product Development from September 2017 to February 2023. In this position, they created and owned JPMorgan's platform for dynamic equity indices and baskets.
