Stephen Chew

Stephen Chew has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Stephen started their career at BNP Paribas in 1999 as the Head of Operations for the Frankfurt Branch. Stephen was responsible for managing a team of 110 and providing operational services to an international client base. In 2005, they became the Global Head of Sales and Relationship Management for the Financial Intermediaries segment, overseeing a team of 70 professionals. In 2007, Stephen joined Deutsche Bank as the Director of Global Markets Structuring, managing the issuance platform for Securitised Products. Stephen later became the COO Germany for the AWM Passive Investment platform, handling product development and compliance. Since 2017, Stephen has been the Head of Operations at Solactive AG, where they manage indexing operations across multiple locations and focuses on automation and scalability.

From 1986 to 1990, Stephen Chew attended Loughborough University, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Stephen successfully completed their BTech in Mechanical Engineering during this four-year period.
