Phil Chang

Phil Chang has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Phil currently holds the position of General Counsel at Solana Labs since 2021. Prior to that, Phil worked as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from 2017 to 2021. Phil also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court, Southern District of New York from 2016 to 2017 and at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from 2015 to 2016. Phil's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate at PwC from 2007 to 2012.

Phil Chang has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Harvard Law School. Phil also obtained a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree from Boston College.
