Tal T.

Tal T. has a diverse range of work experience, with a particular focus on product management and leadership roles. Tal started their career in the military intelligence division of the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as an intelligence officer and managed complex intelligence systems. After that, Tal founded and served as CEO of a profitable cyber security startup, achieving global sales of over $10M in 18 months. They also worked as a product manager at Gecko Health Innovations, where they were responsible for defining product requirements and leading a team of developers and designers. Tal then transitioned to the role of venture capital associate at Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners, where they evaluated growth-stage venture investments and played a key role in a $6M investment in a marketing technology company. Most recently, Tal has worked as a product manager at Meta, where they gained experience in product management and contributed to the company's success. Tal is currently the Head of Product at Solana Labs, utilizing their extensive product management expertise in this leadership position.

Tal T. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School. Prior to that, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Tal further pursued their studies at the same institution and completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
