Simon Tkotsch

Simon Tkotsch has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Simon began their career at Lufthansa InTouch as a Callcentermitarbeiter HON Circle Service from October 2015 to March 2017. Simon then joined muun as a Junior Operations Manager from April 2017 to March 2018. After that, they worked at Solandeo GmbH, where they held multiple positions including Operations Manager from April 2018 to March 2019, Account Manager from April 2019 to July 2020, Teamleiter Account Management & Installationskoordination from July 2020 to September 2022, and currently serves as the Head of Metering Operations from September 2022, onward.

Simon Tkotsch obtained a Bachelor's degree in Umweltwissenschaften from the University of Koblenz and Landau, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Simon also holds additional certifications, including KEY ACCOUNTS PROFESSIONELL MANAGEN I from Haufe Akademie, obtained in November 2019, and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2022.
