Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis is a Principal Management Analyst responsible for budget, communications, and legislative affairs. They have extensive experience in public communications, having worked as a Senior Management Analyst at Solano County, where they prepared budgets and conducted analytical studies. Previously, Matthew held positions such as Community Relations Manager at Roseville Electric and Interim Supervisor at the Utility Exploration Center in Roseville. They hold a Master's degree in Strategic Communication and Public Relations, as well as a Master's in Public Administration, both from National University. Matthew also has a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Pacific Lutheran University.
