Sacha Dauverchain has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, Sacha worked as an Assistant Manager in a showroom and later as a Financial Customer Advisor. In 2017, Sacha served as an Assistant Project Manager in a Publicity Agency and as an HR Officer in People Operations for Glovo. In 2019, Sacha worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner for ALTEN and then as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Community Acquisition Specialist for Mantu. From 2021 to 2022, Sacha worked as an International Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Manager for Catenon. In 2022, Sacha joined InterCloud as a Senior Tech Recruiter and Solantis as a Senior Digital & IT Recruiter. Sacha's most recent role is Senior Recruiter Tech & Product - RPO at BforBank.

Sacha Dauverchain obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Toulouse School of Management in 2012-2015. Sacha then pursued a Master's degree in International Business at IAE Bordeaux from 2016-2018. In 2018, they also completed a Master's degree in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales. Additionally, Sacha received an Advanced Certificate in Business English from EF Executive Language Institute in 2015-2016. Sacha obtained the TOEIC certification from ETS Global B.V. in March 2017, and in 2022, they became an Expert of LinkedIn Recruiter certified by LinkedIn. Sacha previously obtained an A Level in Sciences with a mention in European English from Lycée Théophile Gautier, France in 2008-2011.
