🌞Kyle Cherrick

Kyle Cherrick has a long history of working in the energy industry. 🌞Kyle began their career in 2007 as a Marketing & Communications employee at First Solar Inc. In 2008, they moved to Axio Power as a Project Developer, where they worked until 2011 when the company was acquired by SunEdison. At SunEdison, they worked as a Sales Manager in the DG Projects Group until 2013 when they moved to Chint Power Systems Americas as the Western Region Sales Manager. In 2015, they founded Solar Merchant and served as the Chief Executive Officer until April 2016 when the company was fully acquired by Electrum. At Electrum, they served as the Vice President of Business Development and Board Observer. In 2019, they moved to Solar.com as the Vice President of Business Development. In 2021, they became the Lead Investor at Climate Avengers. Additionally, they have served as an Investor and Advisory Board Member at UtilityAPI since 2015 and an Investor at Folsom Labs since 2014.

Kyle Cherrick obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management between 2004 and 2008. 🌞Kyle then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business between 2014 and 2016, with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
