Solar Smart LLC are originators, developers and syndicators of community solar projects that range in size from 1 MW to 5 MW. The company uses their proprietary “performance metrics” to assess and qualify projects throughout the Northeastern United States.

SITE ACQUISITION
Solar Smart LLC works closely with National solar contractors (EPC’s), developers and investors to select optimum greenfield solar properties through their patent-pending Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology. Using County, State and Federal GIS data environmental site assessment reports are prepared.

PROPERTIES
Solar Smart LLC offers selected property owners in Massachusetts, Maryland, and areas of New York an opportunity to lease or sell their property.  These income programs will be of interest to property owners looking for financial security and an opportunity to develop clean energy in their community.

PROJECT FUNDING
Provides School Districts an opportunity to develop, construct, finance and own renewable energy systems. The program covers 100% of the total project costs and  projects can generate significant “new” revenue for the Schools and Municipalities for the future.
