Solar Tech Collective (STC) is a group of subject matter experts who collaborate to provide quality technical consulting and training solutions to companies that are building our electrified future. STC brings together our diverse experience that covers nearly every aspect of the solar and energy storage industries. We have over 80 years of combined experience working at the intersection of codes, standards, and their practical application that we make available to our clients.

Technical Consulting

Codes and standards are the key to a safe and thriving industry and we are passionate about helping to develop, interpret, and apply them. Our individual knowledge is built up through active participation in multiple NFPA Code-Making Panels, UL, ICC, IEC, ASTM, and SEIA Technical Committees.  Our services include providing support on product development, standard interpretation and development, process improvement, investigations, and expert testimony. 

Training

Proper training is essential for any company working in our rapidly evolving industry to ensure that their products are engineered and deployed safely and deliver reliable service. We develop and deliver customized training that is designed to directly improve work performance and safety. Our services include development of online and in-person training, training delivery, program development, and training facility development.
