Solara Partners is a boutique management consulting firm that embeds directly into your operation.

We specialize in Operational Excellence across three core industries where the margin between good and great is measured in millions: mining & metals, utilities, and manufacturing. Our work spans the full performance spectrum, including Management Operating Systems, KPI hierarchies, process optimization, organizational alignment, digital transformation, and change management, but our commitment is simpler than any of that: We build trust the same way we build results, through honest advice and disciplined execution.

Our "Results over Reports" guarantee isn't marketing language. It's how we built our track record. A 33% production increase for a gold producer in under four months. A $74M annualized recovery benefit for a copper operation. A 9% increase in workforce efficiency and a $23M reduction in annual costs for a large electric utility. These outcomes came from working shoulder to shoulder with teams from the front line to the C suite, not from decks delivered and then forgotten.

We're a boutique firm by design. Our partners lead every engagement personally, which means our clients get senior judgment, not junior analysts, from day one. As we grow, we're bringing on consultants who share that standard: people who are as comfortable in a processing plant as they are in a boardroom, and who measure their success by what changes on the ground.

If you're a mining, utilities, or manufacturing leader who's tired of strategy documents that sit on shelves, or a consultant who wants your work to actually matter, we should talk.
