At the moment the solar market is a very technical, unclear, inefficient, not transparent customer journey, where the solar installation companies are actually thriving and the consumer is being left in the dark. Mostly consumers pay too much, without receiving optimal quality of panels and installation, the process is lengthy, inefficient, not transparent which makes this an outright obstacle in the current, very needed, energy transition.
