Amir Oz

Amir Oz is a Mechanical Engineer at SolarEdge Technologies since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing battery abusive experiments and designing various battery products and testing setups. Prior experience includes serving as Energy Supply System Team Leader at BGRacing from October 2019 to September 2021, leading a multidisciplinary team in developing an advanced battery-pack and energy supply system for a race car, and also acting as Head of Braking System and Pedals, focusing on research and analysis of braking technologies. Amir Oz began his career in the Israeli Military Intelligence as a Field Intelligence Soldier and Commander from November 2012 to November 2015, leading a basic training course. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2017 and 2021, along with a high school diploma in Computer Science from Mae Boyer High School in Jerusalem.
