Dror Yafe

Dror Yafe is an experienced professional in product management and engineering with a strong background in new product introduction (NPI) and project management. Currently serving as the NPI Residential Team Leader at SolarEdge Technologies since January 2020, Dror oversees all residential new products and configurations, while leading continuous improvements in manufacturing processes. Prior to this role, Dror was an NPI Engineer Product Leader at SolarEdge, managing new product engineering from design to mass production. Dror's previous experience includes over a decade at Elbit Systems Ltd, where responsibilities spanned project management, material planning, and logistical oversight, contributing to successful product delivery and compliance with organizational KPIs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
