Ilya Gluzman

Ilya Gluzman is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and computer engineering, currently serving as the Director of 1ph Inverters and Analog Solutions at SolarEdge Technologies since March 2017. In this capacity, Ilya leads hardware R&D groups focused on residential PV inverters and various analog solutions, including Power Line Communications and safety systems. Prior roles within SolarEdge include Analog Solutions Group Manager and PLC Team Leader, where Ilya contributed significantly to innovative research and team leadership while securing 15 patents in wireless power transfer technology during a prior position at Powermat. Ilya began a career in the defense sector at Elbit Systems, where integration and validation of complex systems were key responsibilities. Ilya holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and is pursuing an M.Sc. at Tel Aviv University with a focus on energy and power systems.
