Itay Dalva

Itay Dalva serves as the Battery Algorithms Team Leader at SolarEdge Technologies since October 2021, where responsibilities include the development of algorithms for state of charge and state of health estimation and the characterization and simulation of batteries. Prior experience includes roles as a Research and Development Engineer and Chemical Technology Researcher, focusing on project management and model development related to electrical components. Previous positions as a Research and Development Scientist at 3DBattery and StoreDot involved researching and designing new formulations and materials for rechargeable battery technology and developing electrolytes for ultra-fast charging Lithium-ion batteries. Itay Dalva holds an MBA and degrees in Chemistry and Materials Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
