Jonathan Zerker

Jonathan Zerker is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel and Associate Corporate Secretary focused on SEC Reporting and Compliance at SolarEdge Technologies since March 2024. In this role, Jonathan oversees SEC filings, advises on corporate governance, and provides legal guidance on issues such as data privacy, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and sustainability. Prior to this position, Jonathan worked as Legal Counsel at Wematch.live and as an Associate at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM). Jonathan's legal career began with a role as a Legal Intern at ZAG and included experiences as a Diplomacy Initiative Intern at the Abba Eban Institute of International Diplomacy and various positions in student and consulting organizations. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Reichman University. Jonathan also has a background in military service as a Combat Soldier in the Israel Defense Forces and has experience in sports management as a Umpire with Baseball Ontario.
