Ran Goldschmidt is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and research, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as AVP of SaaS R&D at SolarEdge Technologies since November 2017, Ran oversees a global team responsible for numerous applications that empower millions of users to manage energy solutions, while also managing one of the largest IoT fleets in the industry. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Software Development and Lead Architect at SolarEdge, as well as positions at Dell EMC, Kaymera Technologies, and the Prime Minister's Office. Ran holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Reichman University.
