Renee Lach

Renee Lach, SHRM-SCP, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources for North America at SolarEdge Technologies since September 2015. In this role, Renee provides strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, learning and development, and employee engagement. Prior to SolarEdge, Renee held various positions at SK hynix memory solutions inc., SMTC Corporation, Nova Measuring Instruments, Inc., and PMC Sierra Inc., managing all aspects of HR functions including staffing, benefits administration, and employee relations. Renee began the professional journey in HR at PWP Manufacturing as an HR & Office Coordinator. Renee earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has a foundational education in Business Administration from West Valley College.
