Slavik Render is a seasoned professional in project and product operations management, currently serving as a Product Operations Manager at SolarEdge Technologies since February 2022. With prior experience as a Senior Project Manager at Razor Labs, Slavik has successfully managed multiple B2B AI-driven projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders to address customer requirements and ensure project success while adhering to budget and timelines. As the owner of RNDRS, Slavik oversaw multi-disciplinary projects for strategic clients, engaging in entrepreneurial initiatives and negotiations. Previous roles include Project Lead at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where leadership of classified weapon tests was paramount, and various managerial positions within the Israeli Air Force, where strategic planning and team management were crucial. Slavik holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Business Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion.
