Talia Zigelman

Talia Zigelman is currently the Global OD & Learning lead at SolarEdge Technologies, where they navigate organizational development and learning strategies. Previously, Talia worked as an Implementation Consultant and Client Success Partner at AMAREL LTD, enhancing HR and talent management solutions. They also held roles including OD & Training Manager and Head of Learning & Organizational Development, where they significantly improved employee engagement and streamlined onboarding processes. Talia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science from Tel Aviv University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology & Organization Consulting from Bar-Ilan University.
