David Felix

David Felix is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a focus on renewable energy, particularly solar and battery energy storage. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at SolaREIT™ since March 2024, Felix offers innovative capital solutions for energy real estate. Previous roles include advisory positions at Graphyte and EVmatch, and Vice President of Energy Development & Strategy at Inspiration Mobility, where project development for EV charging was a primary focus. Felix has also held senior positions at TeraWatt Infrastructure and MMA Energy Capital, managing site acquisition, project development, and financing for solar and EV initiatives. Experience at Tesla involved leading Supercharger project development, while earlier roles included utility-scale solar development and energy program analysis. Felix holds a Master of Environmental Science & Management from the Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
