Omari Loid is an innovative leader and educator with extensive experience in the education sector. As the Co-founder and CEO of Praktikal since March 2021, Omari focuses on empowering teachers to foster a student-centered STEAM learning environment. Omari co-founded Koolest Solutions GmbH in January 2025, collaborating with experienced partners to provide practical solutions for education. As an Ambassador for One Young World and a Mentor for Solaride, Omari contributes to global leadership initiatives and promotes engineering among youth. Additionally, Omari serves as Chairman of the Board for Mudel-Eesti SA and has been a Trainer for Aestia koolitused, specializing in leadership and management.
